John Laing

John Laing is a Shipwright Class steel Bermudan Ketch that was built for the Ocean Youth Club in 1990. She is now operated by Ocean Youth Trust South from her home base in Southampton and takes many hundred of young people on sail training voyages from March to November each year.

She is a regular participant of the Tall Ships Races and has sailed all over the world, competing in the Tall Ships 2000, and expedition to the Antarctic and a circumnavigation of the globe.
