Midas Construction Ltd sponsor the Funchal 500 Tall Ships Regatta activities in Falmouth
Midas Construction, the largest privately owned Construction Company in the south west is a major sponsor of the Funchal 500 Tall Ship Regatta in activities taking place in Falmouth and has provided essential mobile office accommodation, fencing and barriers required within the Docks so that the public may have safe access to view the ships at close quarters.

Midas Construction Cornwall Division, based for the last fifteen years in St Austell, has recently moved to Indian Queens from where they carry out around £50 million worth of work a year. Recent projects include the construction of a student accommodation campus comprising of ten accommodation blocks and 530 student apartments at Tremough, Penryn; the redevelopment of St Mellion Golf Club which includes an 80 bedroom hotel, 270 houses and the refurbishment of the club house in time for hosting the 2009 English Open Tournament and; the £2 million refurbishment of Rick Stein’s internationally renowned Seafood Restaurant in Padstow.
