Louis de Bernières: Celebrated Author in Person | The Poly

An evening with the author Louis de Bernières, famous for writing Captain Corelli's Mandolin amongst other successful works of fiction.

Cornwall Library presents an atmospheric evening with the acclaimed author of Birds without Wings and Captain Corelli's Mandolin. Louis' latest book A Partisan's Daughter is a love story between an Englishman and a young exiled Yugoslavian, Roza, whose life is already filled with danger, romance and tragedy. Join us for wonderful words and music from Louis and accompanying musician Ilone Antonius Jones.
